The Kellogg sewage treatment plant, which handles wastewater for the rapidly growing area of North Clackamas County, is over 30 years old and nearing capacity.
The Citizen Advisory Council (CAC), appointed by the Board of Clackamas County Commissioners, is engaged in developing a strategic plan for the future of the area's sewage treatment.
After careful analysis the CAC has selected 5 possible Wastewater Treatment plans as alternatives.
This is not a voting method, this is a discovery survey. The first part of the survey will be familiar.
We will ask you to let the CAC know your values on what is important on the future of sewage treatment.
If you are interested in digging deeper, the survey offers a unique opportunity to explore how your
values mesh with what the CAC has analyzed about the alternatives so far.
